These are the Basic NCAA Division I Rules the coaches must abide by, but you as a potential recruit can always email. They are just limited in their responses back to you if are not the right recruiting class they can be communicating with at this time. This DOES NOT mean you should wait to contact them…..email coaches letting them know of your interest!
